Court Transcript Proofreading - proofreading court transcripts — not scoping — with a sharp eye for grammar, punctuation, and formatting. What is included:
- Proofreading PDF transcripts only (against audio or scoping files)
- Corrections marked using Adobe Acrobat (commenting tools), Kami, Foxit PDF, PDF-XChange Editor, Word, or errata sheet.
- Working with .txt, .rtf, or .pdf file types.
- Adherence to Morson’s English Guide and/or your specific style preferences.
- Consistent formatting, punctuation
- Quick communication and reliable delivery
- Strict confidentiality on all files

Turnaround Time Rate (Per Page) Description
Standard (2-3 days) $0.45 For transcripts up to 50 pages
Rush (24 hours) $0.55 Submitted before 12 PM EST
Daily (same-day) $0.65 Submitted before 9 AM EST (≤35 pages)
Weekend/Holiday $0.70 Must be pre-approved and pre-scheduled
📄 Page rate based on 25 lines per page, double-spaced transcripts
No minimum page requirement.

• Standard: Delivered in 2–3 business days
• Rush: Delivered in 24 hours (if submitted by noon EST)
• Daily: Returned same day if submitted before 9 AM EST

If your transcript is especially long or has complex formatting, I’ll provide an estimated return time upon receipt.
